Alison Cusack is a breath of fresh air to the maritime industry as the Founder and Principal Lawyer of Cusack and Co Pty Ltd.

She is In the pursuit to provide the industry with a values based legal firm designed to provide its clients with the flexibility to do things differently. She enables her clients to not only solve their immediate issues but to help their business manage their risk for the long term.

Alison is an influential force in the maritime community, recently re-appointed as the WISTA Australia President. She also contributes her knowledge as a committee member of MLAANZ and a member of MMIF. With Alison’s expert knowledge and industry experience, she also currently teaches as a Masters Lecturer in Business and Company Law. In February 2021 she was award the “Young Achievement Award” for the Australian Shipping & Maritime Industry Awards. She regularly appears on TickerTV to commentate on a variety of shipping and export issues.
