Henrik’s work is about empowering people, and enabling organizations to thrive and perform. He builds evidence-based leadership and cultural competencies, that enable mindset shifts, behavioural change, and organizational transformation.
Henrik has extensive experience in coaching, consulting and leadership, and has held senior positions in several logistics and supply chain companies.
During his corporate career, he built and led organizations on country, regional and global level, being responsible for P&Ls, business development and products. He also led large scale projects in transformations, culture evolution and post merger integration.
Henrik engages with a variety of organizations in logistics/SCM, technology, pharma, hospitality and banking.
He is an ICF accredited Coactive® and Organizational Relationship Systems Coach®, and works with leaders, talents and a variety of teams.
Henrik holds educational positions as Senior Advisor for the Enterprise Leadership in Transformation program at National University of Singapore, and is an academic lecturer at the School of Positive Psychology.
Henrik holds a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, advanced degrees in Organizational Psychology, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and in International Logistics.
