Kaumudi Goda (KG) is an award-winning public speaker, executive coach, trainer, and facilitator. Kaumudi functions as the Co-Chair for KeyNote; a non-profit organization focused on bringing diversity to stages across the world. She is also the Chief Operating Officer for MetaMind Training, a learning and development consulting company based in Singapore.

Kaumudi has helped transform organizations in Asia, Europe and North America as a trusted business advisor, change leader, human capital strategist, and a DEIB expert. She has extensive global experience in client leadership, business development and P&L responsibilities.

Before embarking on her career in human capital, Kaumudi practised as an attorney in the US with an LLM from the University of Virginia. She also has an MBA from ISB, and is currently licensed to practice law in India and the US. and enjoys bringing her legal expertise to her work in human capital strategy and leadership development.

Kaumudi has established herself as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging expert through her extensive work in the field with corporate and individual clients across the APAC and EMEA regions. She speaks on “Bias, Inclusion, Technology and Global Leadership”, “Navigating Difficult Conversations” and “Business for Good”.
