What does supply chain digitalization mean and where companies should start if they want to embark on this journey? This is the introduction to how everything aligns together when any part of the Supply Chain organization goes through digitalization.

Starting with a workshop on enabling agile cuture change, in this track you will get to explore:

Integrated Business Planning

The workshop series addresses what it takes to align new initiatives, current products, demand, supply, and financial plans over at least a 24-month planning horizon. Learners will be introduced to the appropriate stakeholders of IBP, the importance of IBP to corporate performance, IBP cadence, and the use of decision support tools to bring IBP to the next level

This track is for any organization thinking of integrating their IBP process where you will get an understanding of:

  1. Management and the executive team’s roles in the process
  2. How to revise and optimize company plans in the face of changing business conditions
  3. Decision-making process to close gaps between the latest plans and the business strategy and goals

Logistics/ E-Commerce Transformation

Customized program created for logistics and e-commerce clients to enable the team to meet their measures of success and transform the way the organization inherently works. Keeping the customer at the centre from the beginning, this track goes in-depth into the Collaboration pillar of the 3 Cs of Supply Chain Leadership. It targets the entire organization including the internal customers and business stakeholders to have a unified impact.

Starting with a focus on self-leadership, the series of workshop will enable the participants to:

His research focuses on logistics, purchasing, and supply chain management, particularly on buyer-supplier relationships and the digital transformation of logistics. He supports international companies in China to optimize the whole supply chain, including sourcing, transportation, warehousing, and production. Before that he worked in various functions in purchasing and logistics at the Bosch Group in Asia-Pacific where he led teams and managed strategic projects in China, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, and India. Johannes holds master’s degrees from the University of Munich, Germany, Emlyon Business School, France, Aston University, UK, and conducted his Ph.D. studies at Technical University Darmstadt in Germany.

DR. IRINA MIU
